Our Mission: The purpose of the NOFPA is to benefit Foster Children, Foster Parents, Biological Parents and Teens “Aging Out” of Washington State Foster Care. NOFPA will strive to promote a close contact and exchange of ideas and experiences between Foster Parents and all other interested in enhancing foster care. To promote better understanding in the community toward Foster Children and Fostering Families through education, research and community advocacy. To encourage the training and education of personnel for work in the field of Foster Care and to encourage the recruitment and retention of Foster Homes.
To empower, support and advocate for Fostering Families in order to enrich the quality of life for Foster Children.
